JAMM Chamber Ensemble Gets Cookies

So after many rehearsals, lots of permission slips, and ultra high stress ... the JAMM Chamber Ensemble made it to the Governor's Mansion Open House in Juneau, AK!

We munched free cookies, shook the Govenor's hand, drank lukewarm apple cider, and of course made some fantastic music. It was a ton of work, but it was great to perform with the students in the community.

Possibly the best part of the field trip (or the worst) was getting stuck outside in the picturesque snow while waiting for our bus. We amused ourselves through the cold by taking selfies, singing carols, eating snow flakes, and lementing that we didn't save any of our cookies.
